These Terms of Service apply to your use of the SignForm Studio website, products, custom sign preview tools, quote tools, checkout, and related services. By visiting our website, submitting a preview request, uploading artwork, placing an order, or purchasing a product from SignForm Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.
Overview
SignForm Studio provides custom flat cut dimensional signs, custom sign previews, quote tools, and related ecommerce services. Our website is powered by Shopify, which allows us to operate our online store, checkout, payment processing, and related services.
Because our products are custom made for each customer, logo, sign design, size, finish, and order details, special terms apply to previews, artwork, production, cancellations, refunds, shipping, installation, and order changes.
Custom Products
All SignForm Studio products are custom made to order. Each sign is produced based on the customer’s submitted logo, artwork, sign text, selected size, selected finish, notes, and order details.
Because custom signs are made specifically for each customer, they are not standard retail products and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except as stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
AI Previews and Mockups
SignForm Studio may provide AI-generated previews, mockups, product images, or design direction before checkout or after a preview request.
AI-generated previews are for visualization purposes only. They are intended to help you understand the general design direction, size, style, finish, and appearance of your custom sign.
AI previews are not final production proofs. The final sign may vary from the preview due to real materials, fabrication requirements, lighting, scale, installation conditions, mounting methods, artwork adjustments, production limitations, and other practical considerations.
Before fabrication, our team may review and adjust artwork, spacing, size, material, mounting details, or production requirements to help make the final sign fabrication-ready.
Artwork, Logos, and Customer Content
You are responsible for ensuring that any logo, artwork, image, business name, sign text, photo, file, or other content you submit to SignForm Studio is accurate and that you have the legal right to use it.
By uploading or submitting artwork, logos, images, wall photos, business names, sign text, or other content, you confirm that:
You own the content or have permission to use it.
The content does not infringe on any trademark, copyright, design right, privacy right, or other legal right of another person or business.
The spelling, wording, logo, size, finish, and order details you submit are accurate.
You authorize SignForm Studio and its service providers to use the submitted content to generate previews, create quotes, prepare orders, produce your sign, provide customer support, and complete related services.
SignForm Studio is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, low-quality, or unauthorized customer-provided artwork or information.
Orders and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. The price shown at checkout is the price for the selected product and order details.
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and order information.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, production limitations, unavailable materials, artwork concerns, technical errors, or violation of these Terms.
If an order is canceled by SignForm Studio, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the canceled order where applicable.
Production Review
After checkout, SignForm Studio may review your order details before fabrication begins. This may include reviewing the logo, artwork, size, finish, material, mounting method, shipping details, and other production requirements.
We may contact you if we need to confirm information, request better artwork, clarify order details, or recommend an adjustment.
Production does not necessarily begin immediately after checkout. Production begins once the order is reviewed and ready for fabrication.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because our signs are custom made, order changes and cancellations are limited.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If production has not started, we may be able to make changes or cancel the order. Once artwork review, material preparation, fabrication, or production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
SignForm Studio is not responsible for changes requested too late in the production process.
Returns and Refunds
All custom sign orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect.

Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production and shipping timelines may vary depending on order volume, artwork review, production requirements, carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply availability, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. SignForm Studio is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If a product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.
Installation
SignForm Studio provides custom signs but does not guarantee installation unless specifically stated in writing.
Installation is the customer’s responsibility. For larger signs, exterior signs, uneven surfaces, commercial spaces, or signs requiring precise alignment, we recommend hiring a qualified local installer.
Mounting methods may vary depending on the size, material, wall surface, location, and sign design. We may provide general mounting recommendations, but the customer and/or installer is responsible for confirming that the sign is suitable for the intended surface and installation location.
SignForm Studio is not responsible for installation errors, wall damage, improper mounting, local code requirements, permit issues, landlord restrictions, or damage caused during or after installation.
Permits, Rules, and Local Requirements
The customer is responsible for checking any local rules, landlord requirements, building requirements, sign permits, zoning restrictions, homeowners association rules, or other regulations that may apply to the sign or installation location.
SignForm Studio is not responsible if a sign cannot be installed or used because of local laws, landlord restrictions, permit requirements, or other rules outside our control.
Product Variations
Because custom signs are physical products, slight variations may occur. Final products may vary from website images, AI previews, mockups, or digital proofs due to material differences, lighting, screen settings, production methods, scale, finish, wall surface, and manufacturing tolerances.
Minor variations in color, finish, thickness, edge appearance, mounting method, or visual appearance are not considered defects.
Warranty
SignForm Studio may provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover customer-provided artwork errors, normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, damage after delivery, weather-related damage, wall damage, unauthorized modifications, or issues caused by third-party installers.
If you believe your sign has a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We may repair, replace, or remake the affected item at our discretion if the issue is approved.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website or services. You may not use our website to:
Submit false, misleading, illegal, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content.
Attempt to interfere with the website, checkout, security, or related systems.
Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse website content, product images, previews, pricing tools, code, or services.
Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, page designs, product images, previews, text, graphics, tools, layouts, and other materials on the SignForm Studio website are owned by or licensed to SignForm Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without permission.
Customer-submitted logos and artwork remain the property of the customer or the rightful owner. By submitting them to SignForm Studio, you grant us permission to use them only as needed to provide previews, quotes, production, order fulfillment, and related services.
Third-Party Services
Our website and services may use third-party providers, including Shopify, payment processors, Supabase, OpenAI, Resend, analytics providers, advertising platforms, shipping providers, and other vendors.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, outages, policies, or services of third-party providers. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignForm Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, installation costs, wall damage, delays, or other losses related to your use of our website, previews, products, or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
Disclaimer
SignForm Studio provides custom products and services on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website, preview tools, checkout, emails, product pages, or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.
We do not guarantee that previews will be perfectly accurate representations of the final physical product.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignForm Studio from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our services, your infringement of another party’s rights, or your failure to comply with applicable laws, rules, permits, or installation requirements.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
